Estimates and scope

Estimates are provided free of charge and are based on the conditions visible at the time of inspection. A written scope is provided before work is scheduled.

Conditions discovered after work begins — including concealed damage, deteriorated decking or substrate, or material that cannot be matched — may change the scope. We will discuss any change with you before proceeding.

Scheduling and access

Project dates are set in advance and depend on weather and material availability. We will notify you if a scheduled date changes.

You agree to provide reasonable access to the property and to secure pets and personal property in work areas before crews arrive.

Materials and workmanship

Materials are supplied by their manufacturers and carry the manufacturer’s own warranty terms, where applicable. Warranty terms and coverage are those published by the manufacturer.

We stand behind our installation. If you believe workmanship needs attention, contact us and we will inspect it.

Text message terms

Photography of completed work

We may photograph completed work for our portfolio. We do not publish client names, street addresses, or identifying details without permission. If you prefer that your property not be photographed, tell us before work begins.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from work performed is limited to the amount paid for that work. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable Kentucky law.
